MYE CHINESE PAPER 1&2

Finally, the Mid Year Examinations had finally started !!!!!!!
Today, 24th April 2009, we had our Chinese subject paper 1&2. We will have a short break for our consumption of food between the paper 1 & 2. During the short break, I asked my classmates on what questions did they do for the paper 1, the situational writing and the composition. In the end, I found out that a lot of them chose question 1 & 3, which I think that was the easiest question in the whole exam. For me, I chose question 1 and 5, which some students from the class had also choosen, but most of them are afraid that they had written out of point for their composition. Haiz ...... I had a char-siew bun during the short break and I rushed up to my classroom to be ready to sit for my paper 2.
When I was taking the Chinese paper 2, our invigilator, Mr. Khairul, wrote 2 duration of time on the whiteboard, 1 is for the students taking Mother Tongue paper 2 while another one is for the people taking Higher Mother Tongue paper 2.
After doing the paper 2,many people complain that they did not managed to have the time to finnish the comprehension(s) as they mistood the timing between the Mother Tongue and the Higher Mother Tongue. The reason of why they mistood the 2 durations is the marker which was used to indicate the duration of the Mother Tongue paper 2 is written too lightly and too small, which makes people unable to notice it. Meanwhile, the duration for the Higher Mother Tongue paper 2 is written to big and people could easily notice it. This caused them to lose 10-25 marks of the totalscore 70 marks in the paper 2. How UNLUCKY they were.........
Actually, I was also similar to them, but I was able to see the un-noticable duration of the Mother Tongue paper 2 and was able to finish the whole exam in 30 minutes.
Haiz .......... Luckily I ws able to notice, or else I could also be as unfortuante as the other students who are taking the Mother Tongue paper 2 in my class.........
I went to the SC room for the banner making after the Chinese MYE and i found that it was cancelled......... So, I went to JP to eat with my other group members and to the Library beside it after eating for our project. After times, of finding place for our rehearsal, we decided to do the rehearsal outside the library...........
After few times of rehearsal, we played in the playground beside the JR library and we had a GREAT TIME over there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HOW I WISH THAT I COULD ALWAYS BE THERE PLAYING WITH THEM!!!!!!

21st April 2009
I did not turn up in school for this day as I went to the NUH for my medical checkup. I think that checkup is simply just a waste of my precious time. I queued up for 2 hours and 30 minutes and only talked to the doctor for less than 5 minutes on my medical condition.......
I went back home after eating in the food court located in the hospital to do my biology homework. In the end, I found myself sleeping for 3 hours as I was really very sleepy, did not sleep really much on the previous days.............
I finished my homework after I woke up and my father brought the family out to the restaurant to celebrate my sister's birthday!!!!!!!!! We also bought an ice-cream cake from Swensen (the name of a restaurant) and brought it back home for or consumption...
My sister had received many presents on that day in school from her beloved friends and also at home, from my dad, mum and I. She also managed to receive an ang bao from my auntie.
She enjoyed her birthday celebration as she celebrated it twice this year, in the restaurant and at home.

22nd April

I went back to school and found that the 8 new excos for the 6th student council had been chosen. The students councillors who had been chosen are:

Cherubim
Rosamund

Congratulations to all of them. However, at the same time, I heard of the news that 5 of the sec 2 student councillors will be kicked out of the student council. This is so sad :( ...... Haix, I truthfully wish that no matter who they are, the friendship among us would not end............

During lessons, I had been keep preparing for my biology test in other periods as I predict that it would be very difficult. Indeed, after the Biology test, everybody said that they would fail for the test. HAIZ.......................

In the Chemistry lesson, Ms. Siti asked me that when I would have the time to take my chemistry test, the one which I skipped because of my medical checkup..........

After our consideration, we agreed that I should have the test next monday............

I heard that it was easy.... So I wished to get high scores for it.................

After school, Sherrill, one of my CME group member, brought the other group members (including me) to her house for the CME skit production. The PowerPoint, scripts had done already and we only left we the skit, we had not rehearse it. At about 5.30, my dad messaged me that he will be waiting for me at the bus stop and I immediately rushed out of her house, ran to the bus stop behind the school as I did not tell him that I went to Sherrill's house to do project. Fortunately, I reached the bus stop on time and he did not found out I went to people's house to do project....................LUCKY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Monday, a fresh start of a new week! Today, my class received back our A-maths common test. There are plenty of students who failed for this test in the whole level. My score is 12/40. I'm happy about it as at least I had achieved a double digit for my score, while many classmates only get single digit scores. After school, its our Napfa 5 stations test. I'm exempted from it due to my mc from the hospital which I used for last year. HAHAHAHAHAssss...... I stayed back to play basketball. I had 1 vs 5 secondary 2 students in a match. Amazingly, I had won them, 11-2. When the match ended, I decided to wait for my neighbour, Alister, and I used the time to play basketball with the secondary 2s & 4s. Haix..... What a tiring day........ I bought some drinks before I headed back home and my friends told me that they had failed 1 station in their Napfa, the Pull-Up. I was very impressed by them because they did not give up on their pull up. They told me that they are staying back to train their strength for the pull up section of the Napfa next year. I am very glad that I have this kind of friends, who have sportsmanship and do not concede defeat easily. When I reached home, i found that my house is renovating. My father reached home at the same time as i do. He brought us to IMM to buy some household facilities and we had our dinner there. After buying, its already 8pm. I rushed down to POPULAR to buy a new thumbdrive as I had already lost 2 of it and we went back home at 8.30pm. Haix tomorrow I will not be going to school as I have medical checkup with the nureosurgeon and I would most possibly miss my Chemistry test. Haix... Nowadays teachers are smarter and smarter, they put our test after school, which let them had more time teaching us. Haix, my mid-year exam starts this friday, and I still have 3 class test in this week before friday......
Haix, Sec 3 life is so busy and tiring.............................................

The day which i shaved my moustache

Sunday. The final day of the week. In the morning, I told Chung Chin that I was unable to play badminton with him today as I had to revise for my examinations. I did all of my school's homework in the morning and started my revision for a short period of time after that. My father brought the whole family to Marina Square for our lunch and we went to the cafe "Secret Recipe" to drink coffee 15minutes after we finish our lunch. We went home at about 3.30pm and I continued my revision at home. At night, after I had my dinner and taking my bath, I decided to shave my moustache as I knew that school do not allow student to keep their moustache. My father taught me how to shave my moustache using a shaver as I had not shave my moustache before. He had helped me to shave my moustache today.While he was demonstrating, I was very afraid that the shaver is too effective until it is even able to shave my nose hair.
Luckily, it's still not that effective or else nose will be in a big trouble. After shaving, I took a look of myself in the mirror and found an exactly new image from my face. I'm wondering how my friends will react when they see me tomorrow.....................................

Saturday, woke up at 6.30 in the morning. My father fetch my sister and I to school after we ate our breakfast. My sister was having NAPFA 5 stations today morning from 7.30 to 11 while I had my Physics and Biology supplementary from 7.30 to 12. After my sister had reached her school, my father brought me immediately to my secondary school, preventing me from getting late for my supplementary. The time i had reached school, i saw other secondary 2 student councillors together with 2 Chinese teachers at the foyer. At that point of time, I thought that Hua Yi Secondary School is so good until there are several student councillors going to usher me to my classroom for my supplementary. But, after asking them reasons of them being in the foyer, I found that they are actually ushering people from different schools who are participating in the Chinese calligraphy competition held in the school hall. Haix, after a very, very, very short period of time chatting with them, I ran up to my 3e2 classroom as I was thinking that i was going to be late. When I tried to go into my classroom, surprisingly, I found that it was locked. A message had sent to my brain at this time. The message was the supplementary had not started yet, and maybe I was wrong with the time which the supplementary is suppose to start. I took out my hand phone, messaged Shi Jie, CJ and Sandy to confirm about the timing. In the end, they replied me through message that according to the consent form given by the teacher, the supplementary is supposed to start at 8.30. I was shocked as I was the only student who was in school for the supplementary at that time. I sat at 1 corner, taking out my [New Moon] story book (which I had already read about 3 times) and a bottle of Coca Cola, started my silent reading session. 10 minutes later, I saw another student, Yao Yuan, who also got the timing wrongly, came to join me at the 3rd floor. We went to the canteen to buy some drinks for ourselves and waited for the other guys and girls of our class to arrive. Finally, almost every students had came to school at 8.25 and we went up to our classroom, waiting for the teacher's arrival. after 1 hour and 15 minutes of Physics lesson, we had 45 minutes to rest. I used that time to play my favourite sport, which everybody knows, basketball. Few friends joined me in the 45 minutes break to play basketball and we found ourselves extremely sweaty after we finished playing. We went to buy some drinks to quench our thirst and ran back to classroom for our Biology lesson. It ended at about 12 and we took back our bio files. My father, mother and my sister had been on the car in the school's car park waiting for me.

We went to Lot 1 shopping centre for our lunch and I saw some media corp stars at the 1st floor, having some sort of television programme which was about food. We went to the 3rd floor, Food Junction to eat and I had a plate of delicious spaghetti for my lunch.

My father brought me to my tuition centre after finishing my lunch. I had my E/A mathematics tuition over there,from 2-6pm. We had one mock exam for each subject and the tuition teacher went through with us on our mistakes so that we could improve on it, not allowing ourselves to make the same mistake again. Amazingly, I failed my E-maths mock exam, getting 17/40. Luckily, for my A-maths mock exam I gt 82/100 for it, or else I will definitely receive scoldings from my father once he found out.I took extra worksheet on the chapter "Logarithms" & "Indices and Surd's" for my revision for mid-year exam.

My father was waiting for me outside and I went inside to his car when I saw him outside. He went to the Beauty World to buy our dinner and drove me back home after he finished buying.

Haix, what a tiring day. It can be counted as the worst Saturday I ever had throughout my life. After counting, I had studied for about 8 long hours today, which was far, far more than a normal weekday.

The day after the Sport's Day

Friday, the day after the Sport's Day......
I found my body aching when I woke up this morning
and both of my legs had muscle cramps, which made me having difficulties on walking
after meeting several troubles, i finally prepared myself for school

For the morning assmebly, we had the prize-giving ceremony which ends at 8.10am, eats into my social studies lesson...
when we get back to class, the teacher ask the people who did not do her worksheet to stand
in the end there are more than half of the class standing up
at first I thought that I also did not do, and i stood up
after her lesson, I found that i did do her work, and feels that I stand up and got reprimanded for no reasons......................

Haix, other than the social studies lesson, I had nothing else to talk about as today is really, very common after the SS lesson and nothing special to talk about

P.S. At least I'm not a person who will be so boring and say that the SKY IS SO BLUE TODAY...

Sport's Day 2009

Thursday, a day where students do not need to go to school because it is a
SPORT'S DAY!!!
My father brought me to the Clementi Stadium in the morning
and i sat with my classmates
after the taking of our attendance, I went the place which the Fortius house (my P.E. house) is supposed to seat
At first, I thought that i would remain to be an audience like the preious years but to my surprise, Mr. Gael Woon had called me at the very last minute to participate in the 4 X 100m & the 4 X 400m relay
I agreed him as I wanted to help my house to be the champion in this year's Sport's Day
Just before my run starts, we had a telematch for each class and we enjoyed the process
after the telematch, me,one of the runners for 4 X 100m have to go to their respective places to start the relay
when everything was ready, the relay had started
the time I got the baton, my stomach had started growling and I felt very hungry while I'm running...............
The 4 X 400m relay had started after the 4 X 100m relay and I had to run again after my sprint
for 100m
The 4 X 400m relay had started after about 5 minutes
when its my turn to run, I sprint for 150m, jog for 200m and ran with my full strength for the last 50m
HAIZ, i finally finished my run and I had injured my legs!!!!!!
I went to the Red Cross and had some medical spray ..............

I found that I'm thirsty and went to the MILO van together with my friends and drank 10 cups of MILO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the students beside me are all frightened by me...........
I went back to my original seat in the stadium after drinking the MILO and watch the next few events
For the last part of the whole Sport's Day event was the prize giving for the winners
and I did not pay much attention in it
and do not even know whether i won the race

the Sport's Day had ended at 1.10pm and
I went to West Mall with my friends for our lunch and i have to do project with them at my house.............
Haix, what a tiring day..............

Tug-of-War Finals

On this Wednesday's morning assembly, our school holds the Tug-of-War finals in the school hall
This year, this event is organized by my class 3e2 students
and for this event, the boy's team from our class (Shi Jie, Wen Wei, Boon Jie, Liu Jie and I) is able to get into the finals!!!!!

In the morning, the students from my class are supposed to meet Ms. Wong at 7am to set up for the Tug-of-War finals
I reached school at 6.53am, wearing my P.E. tee and my LBJ basketball shoes to school
Amazingly, i found that I'm the only one who wore the black shoes to school (luckily I was not scolded by the teachers......)
After we set-up for the finals, we discussed our plans and strategies which could enable us to win the champion in our match
The boy's team from 3e2 and 4e4, girl's team from 4e1 & 4e3
were called by the head of Discipline to arrange ourselves and settle down in the hall to sing our national anthem and take the pledge.........

The Finals finally started after the singing of national anthem and taking the pledge
For the first match, it's the 4e1 girls V.S. the 4e3 girls
few seconds passed after the first round had started, the 4e3 had won it and with 1 more win, they could get their championship title and medals.....
In the 2nd round, the 4e1 girls had tried their best but they still could not win 4e3, and so 4e3 won the 2nd round and became the champion class for the girl's team of the Tug-of-War event

It's finally the boy's match,
most of the representative from our class are very nervous and feel embarassed to have the competition in front of the whole upper secondary students in the school
so did the students from 4e4
Despite of what they felt, they knew that they still have to participate in this competition...
We finally started the tug-of -war match and we, the students from 3e2, had won with our determination and motivation of winning
Finally, boy's team from 3e2 can be the champion with 1 more win over the 4e4 boys
we put in all our strength, effort, determination, motivation.....in it
Indeed, we had won our opponent and become the champion for the boy's Tug-of-War competition..........
I received my medal on the stage and we, the representatives of 3e2, returned to my class with pride and glory!!!

Monday, first day of the BUSY WEEK!!!

Monday, the first day of the 15th week since the school reopens in year 2009...
My Chemistry/A-Maths/E-Maths teacher Mr. Lee and my another Chemistry teacher, Ms. Siti did not come to school......
This caused the whole class to be CHAOTIC in 4 periods today!!!!!
After school, actually we, students from class 3e2, are suppose to have a Physics test
But dont know what had exactly happened, making our Physics teacher to postponed it to Wednesday......
Although we do not have our test, we still have to stay back for our supplementary......
This really makes everybody very dissapointed, as everybody thought that they could finally have a chance to go home early, having a good time resting and do their homeworks
For the organizers and the leaders in each committee who was in charge of the Tug-Of-War event (which includes me, one of the organizers...), we went to see Ms. Wong in the hall after the supplementary and made a trial run for the competition which will be holding on the Wednesday morning......
Coincidentally, I saw my neighbour, Alister, after the trial run and we went home together
I reached home at 6.45pm and
finally have the time to rest..................

Saturday, to me, its the most boring day of the week
In the morning, I had to prepare my tuition file which contains worksheets give by teacher earlier on, foolscap paper, notebook, calculator and pencil case
At about 11.40, my father bring the whole family out for lunch........
After we finished our lunch, it was already 1.15, we went back to the car and my father started driving me to my tuition centre.......
My tuition starts at 2 and end at 6 on every saturday, in that period of time, there would be 2 different teacher, Mr. Lau and Ben, 1 teaching Elementary Maths while another teaches Additional Maths
Today, in this tuition centre, we are supposed to do a mock exam paper for E-Maths and A-Maths.........................
The whole class used about 1 hour and 15 minutes to finish each exam paper and the teachers are to go through the answers with the students in the next 45 minutes.....
For the exam papers i just did few hours ago, I am able to get 70 & above marks for each of it
and i feel glad about it as I know exactly where is my standard now........
The tuition ended at 6.17pm today and I reached home at 6.30pm
I began to do my school homework the minute I reached home and hoped that I could finished all of it by today (nearly IMPOSSIBLE!!!) and study/revise for my test, which will be conducted on next monday, tomorrow........

Friday, a public holiday, a day which the students do not need to go to school......
Actually, I have to do the CME project today together with my other group members, but my father did not allow me to do so as he intended to bring the whole family out and eat in a restaurant...................
I woke up at 8am as i slept late yesterday,
in the morning, I do my weekend homework which was give by teachers over the past few days
and I'm unable to finish all of it as the amount of it is too large!!!!!!!!!!
My family prepared ourselves at 11am and went out to eat at about 12.30pm
We reached the vegetarian restaurant"Lao Di Fang" (direct translation to English: "Old Place")
at 1pm and had our lunch there
Inside the restaurant, we enjoyed our meal, the dishes sold by the restaurant are really very delicious............
When we finished our lunch, my father went to the counter to pay for the bill and his expression immediately changed when he saw the cost for the food we ate............
It was unimaginably expensive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! costing us for about 200 dollars
Oh my BUDDHA!!! (I'm a Buddhist, so I can't say GOD)
From this experience, my father had learnt that next time have to bring the family to a restaurant which sells food at a cheaper price.............

We went to West Mall to buy food for our dinner after and I decided to buy some assessment/guide books in the Popular bookshop......
We went back home after these and I finally have a chance to:

A-maths Common Test & Oral Examination

Thursday, the last day of the week
as tomorrow, friday, will be a public holiday because it was Good Friday
Today, before my class started to take the A-maths common test, my friends from other classes told me that the test is very difficult
At first, i did not believe my friends
but after I took the question paper and had a look on it,
I found that it was exactly TRUE
the paper was so tough that all of my classmates said that they will most probably fail the test
In fact, I found that the whole sec 3 level will get bad results for this test

For the oral examination, which was conducted after school,
our class students have to be waiting in the 3N1 classroom till the teacher call us out and look at the passage and the picture before he test us
For me, my register number is 40, the second last of the class
after long period of time of waiting, it's finally my turn
I was too nervous for the examination which result me to speak few words wrongly........
Luckily, my examinator, Mr. Fok, knew that I'm too nervous and told me to relax..............
after some time of relaxation, I'm able to speak the rest of the passage fluently and proceed to the picture discussion
I told Mr. Fok about every details which i think the picture is telling and we went to the last section, the conversation
Mr. Fok ask me 3 questions and I tried to speak as much as i can...........
in the end, when i saw his expression when he was writing my score, I think that, or should I say i predicted that he gave me a high score................
Hope that my prediction will come true...........................

The only day without test in a week......

Wednesday, the only day without a test in this week.........
The first period of the day is P.E. lesson,
we are told to sprint from one end of the quadrangle to another end.......
in the end I'm the only one who does what the teacher want us to do........
after P.E. lesson, when i reached the classroom, i had almost fainted...
class were as per normal during the next few periods until the lesson for biology.......
when our biology teacher gave us back our test paper, the whole class had did badly for it
and the teacher changed some of the classmates' sitting arrangement....(including me:))
I'm very happy that the teacher changed my seat as I finally had a chance to listen to the teacher in the lesson clearly without anybody beside me and sitting at the back of me disrupting me..............
our class are supposed to have Physics test after school but it was cancelled as the teacher had not finish teaching the chapter
We decided to have a Physics supplementary after school but it was also cancelled (YES!!!) because of English Oral Examination........
I went to play basketball until about 3.45pm and decided to go home as i got too much homework to do today, even though i don't need to hand it in tomorrow........
I also have to practice for my A-Maths common test tomorrow..........
Hope that it would be easy................

Monday,Starting of a new week

Monday, the start of a new week........
I reached school at 6.53am and i immediately took the newspapers
and deliver them to the 4e3 classroom which is at the 4th storey..........
I immediately ran down to the 1st floor to check the duty roster
and i found that i do not have any duty for this week
During our lesson periods, everything went the same as the past few days, its just homework, homework and HOMEWORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After school, the sec 3s had their NAPFA 2.4km run (excluding me as i had a mc)
I played basketball in the rain with the boys from sec 2E3 and finally found out an important thing which had been on my mind for the past few days........
Today, i decided to go back earlier to prepare for my Chemistry test tomorrow and research for my projects + the huge amount of homeworks.........
Wish that i could score well for my Chemistry test.........

Monday, 6th April => Geography test (on chapter 5 "Deforestation in Kalimantan, Indonesia")

Tuesday, 7th April => Chemistry test (on chapter 2 & 3 "The Particulate Nature of Matter" & "Atomic Structure and Chemical Bonding")

Wednesday, 8th April => Physics test (on chapter 7 & 8 "Kinetic Model of Matter" & "Transfer of Thermal Energy")
English test (on Reader's Digest worksheet)

Thursday, 9th April => Additional Mathematics common test (from chapter 2.4-3.1 "Logarithms" & " Alpha,Betha")

Friday, 10th April => Good Friday, but need to do CME project on that day.........

Now I will start with my premonition:
On these days, i will be extremely busy after school especially on tuesday, which i had both of my ccas, CLDDS--Essay Writing & Badminton, that made me stay in school until 6+pm. After i reach home, i still have to study for my Chemistry test. Other than this, i still have a huge amount of homework and assignments which will be given by the teachers, project which i had to research on the question which my group members had chosen as the topic first. In these days, there is also a possibility of SC meeting which would possibily made us go home very late.
Despite of all these reasons which will make me go home late, i believe that if i revise, study for my test, I would achieve good results in all of the subjects which will be tested next week and also helps in my future Mid-Year Examination which will be starting on the end of April.
Through my past experiences, I also found that last-minute study is useless and i will not do it anymore.........
I hope that everything could run well next week and i would achieve a good result in tests.......

Sunday, the most relax sunday i ever had.......
in the morning, i bring my badminton and some shuttlecocks and went to my secondary school
i had booked the indoor sports hall for 2 months and told chung chin to train with me, in order to improve our badminton skills
i met him outside the front gate of the school and proceed towards the venue to start our training.................
during our training, we felt that we could tell our friends to come up to the indoor sports hall to play badminton as we found that it was quite a waste for 2 person playing in the whole hall
after few calls, we finally able to invite chung chin's friend and his friend's father
to join us playing badminton.................
his friend's father is superb in badminton while his son is good in his DOTA, he keep talking to chung chin about it while i'm playing badminton with his father
after the 2 consecutive hours of badminton, my mum bring me and my sister to have our lunch in West Mall
i ate hokkien noodles and curry chicken for my lunch as i'm too hungry after training
after eating, i went to the Popular bookstore to check whether are there new books arriving and
read some books in the library
i went back home at 2.30 and started to rest.........
this is the most relax sunday i had in this 10 years..................................

Thursday, the day whereby plenty of unhappiness had happened........
i sprained my leg yesterday (after i kept jumping and touch the rim in the school's basketball court several times) and i found that i had to run one round around the school during P.E. lesson on the first period!!!!!!!!!!!!
for my Biology lesson, Mr. Lim decided to check our files and i remembered he DID tell us about it earlier on........................ i'm lucky that i had remembered to file up everything into my file
during my chinese lesson, we had an open book test and i had prepared for it (at the last minute.......) but i think i had a great possibility to get full marks for it
when the bell had rang immediately after my chinese lesson, it's time for recess.....
i put on my tie to do duty and get locked up in the classroom by the 5n1 students!!!!!!!!!!
although they are older than me, but they still behaves like a kid......
for the next 3 lessons, it's quite okay, as per usual........
After school, i lent my Twilight DVD to my sec 2 mei mei
she seems to get into some troubles and i stayed there to console her
after i finished my Physics Project.........
i went back home at 4pm and started to finish my homework and had a good rest............

Tug-of-War Competition

Wednesday, another tiring day........
I'm one of the organiser, as well as the contestant of the tug-of-war competition
for the consecutive 2 days of the competition (yesterday and today), i helped to let the whole event to run smoothly...............
I'm also one of the contestant representing my class, 3e2, to play in the match
the other classmates who represent my class are Liu Jie, Shi Jie, Wen Wei and Boon Jie
I'm very happy to say that we are able to qualify for the finals which is going to be held in the hall, most probably on the 15 of April, during the morning assembly
all the other upper secondary students are the audience for the finals, between 4e4 and us
the time when we found that all the other upper secondary students will be our audience,
all of us immediately became unwilling to turn up on that day in school as we are too shy.........

Today, after the tug-of-war competition, i went to play basketball with my friends in school
i found that I can actually dunk at the standard basketball court!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i feel so HAPPY, i keep repeating to jump and hold the rim again and again
until my leg cramped.............:(
after i injured my leg, i had no choice but to go home, boarding the same bus together with my neighbour
the time i reached home, i immediately went to rest on the sofa, thinking what a tiring April Fool's day it was this year

Unlucky Day No. 2

Monday, the start of a new week
however it becomes my 2ND unlucky day of the year
actually its normal as per usual for the periods before recess
and yao yuan, together with me, went to meet Ms. Wong for the tug-of-war competition
i went to do my duty after the meeting
and its also usual during the Chinese lessons which was 2 periods immediately after recess
but. at the start of chemistry lesson,
our teacher, Miss Siti started to get annoyed by some of the students in our class
as they are not paying attention to her lessons
it was due to her perseverance that let her to carry on teaching our class
for the next 2 biology lessons
its then where things unlucky to me happens
Mr. Lim, our biology and form teacher
sent me, and some other students who didn't managed to show him the mind map we are supposed to do, standing out of the class
i really found it funny sometimes
we are actually supposed to go through our 3 sets of biology worksheets, let him check our files and of course let him see our mind maps ( which i cant deny that i didn't bring it due to my forgetfulness)
but actually more students, or in fact, whole class have to be punished but he told us that he would postponed his checking of files and our handing in of homework
WHERE EXACTLY IS THE JUSTICE IN THIS WORLD!!!!!!!!!
in the end i have landed standing outside for an hour
and the 3e5 students had passed by and saw us, my classmates and i, punished by Mr. Lim
after the biology lesson, i skipped my social studies lesson as i have to meet all P.E. reps from each class to draw lots for the fixtures of the game
it ended at about 2pm and we, me, together with Yao yuan and Liu Jie, had a short meeting with Ms. Wong and we get some " scoldings" from her for not doing our jobs properly today
Haix........... i feel that its okay that Ms. Wong " scolded" us as we really didn't do our jobs properly, we must try harder tomorrow....:)
in the end, i went home at 3.30pm because of it
i started revising immediately when i reached my home
must chiong all the way for this year's exam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sunday, the last sunday of March 2009 i woke up early and prepared myself to play badminton with my father in my school's indoor sports hall starting from 9am in the end, i realised that today my father is going overseas for a business trip and the playing of badminton is cancelled........:( Haix... what an unlucky morning.....we went to one of the Japanese restaurant in marina square for our lunch at about 12 pm the food which they sell are so delicious!!!!!!!! which made me to eat about twice of my normal amount of food i eat daily but, the time my father saw the receipt, he scolded me immediately......... to my surprise, it cost him for about 300 over dollars

i did not know that the price of the food sold by them is so expensive.....
after our lunch, we shop there for about 2 hours and went back home
when we reached home, the first thing i do is to finish my weekend homework
amazingly!!! i knew to do all the questions without referring to my textbook and my notes even though the questions seem to be very difficult
subsequently, i finally felt relieved when i finished all my homework-ssssssssss

Let's wish that nothing bad would happen tomorrow....... :D

Saturday, i'm surprised that i woke up at 8.30
as i normally woke up very early in the morning, how early i normally wake up???
the answer is 3-4am
i prepared for my tuition class and went to Lot 1 together with my family for our lunch. We ate dim sum for our lunch and went shopping for awhile before they bring me to my tuition centre
i reached my tuition centre at 2 and had a conscecutive of 4 hours A-Maths, Emaths tuition................
it was very tiring, it seems like every concept and formula of maths taught by the tuition teachers had flew into my head
when the tuition ends, im very happy as i finally could have a chance to rest for awhile.......
however, sometimes the reality is very cruel to us, the human beings
i have to do my homework and projects the time i reached home.............
but before i do all these things, i had my dinner
i'm very happy that my mother had cooked my favourite dish for my dinner,
the CURRY FISHHEAD!!!!!!
the taste, the fragrance smell, the nice colouring....
wow!!! i wish i could always eat it for the rest of my life.......

today, the last day of the week
my class is sitting for the social studies test for the 1st 2 periods and i
DID NOT EVEN PREPARED FOR IT!!!!!!
for the next 2 periods, as usual, our physics teacher was late for about 15 min
and she go through with us a new topic called "Transfer of Thermal Energy"
sometimes i really felt that her lessons are really boring...........
during the recess, i did not play basketball as i did not want myself to perspire too much
before the usher................
during the english lessons, we had it in the computer lab 2 and most of my classmates go to their game websites immediately after they on the computer
in the last 2 lessons, everybody put in their full attention in their lessons as they did not want to miss any part fo their A-Maths lesson
finally, the school had ended at 12.30 and i went up to the sc room with shi jie to prepare ourselves for usher on 1.30pm
when i'm in the canteen, i found my mei mei, felicia needs to look for the excos to tell them some important things on the usher in the science centre tomorrow
we ran everywhere in the school to search for them and at last found some of them in 4e4 classroom........
after she get her things done, i ran to the foyer to meet mr. lee for a debrief and started to usher the principals, HODs, teacher-in charge and teachers from the West 4 Cluster Schools
when im ushering, isaw the principal and teachers from my primary school and we chit chat for awhile before they went into the hall
jokes were made and laughters comes out from all of us when we were chit chatting
the 1st part of usher ends at 2.45pm and we rest in the SC room
i volunteered myself for the 2nd part of the usher and it ended at 4
we eat our lunch in the hall and the food taste really " GOOD " and we helped to tidy up the hall
we went back to SC room and stay until about 6.30
and its finally the time to say BYE BYE to the school.............

CONCLUSION: i'm very tired..............

Now i finally discovers about the Sec 3 life
It is extremely busy until almost everyday have to stayback for
PROJECTS, PROPOSALS, CCAs,etc.......
Yesterday, i had stay back for the discussion with Ms. Wong on the Tug-of-War competition,
after that i went for my Biology supplementary which ends at 4++
I brought my group members to my house immediately after it and finish the video taking for our english project at 7.30pm
When they went home, i went to continue doing my new proposal and it finally ends at 10pm

Therefore, my conclusion is its better to be young........
